Lena’s baby shower was this weekend and I had the privilege of co-hosting it with my lovely friend, Lindsey.
This was my first time ever planning/preparing/hosting a baby shower and let me tell you… it was totally fun! I got to craft, cook and create so much more than I do normally. It was definitely a great excuse to hang out in front of the t.v. with my glue gun and watch Harry Potter…
During this whole process I found myself looking at the things that Lindsey and I were doing and making a mental list of the things that were “must-haves” to the type of partysphere we were going for.
1. Food. You must have great food. “If you feed them, they will come”…
2. Have pretty and functional decorations…
3. Invite like the coolest people ever…AND set up a photo booth!
4. Make sure there’s a mondo mound of presents for the lovely lady and lil bebe
Ps.. this mobile was HAND MADE from our new East Coast import Stacie… this is Stacie (below to the left)…. Stacie made the bird cage mobile above…can you say “wow”?
5. Have the awesome and wonderful attendees bring their incredibly adorable children!! It’s a must! 
6. Last but definitely not least… have a beautiful, kind, gracious, stylish, fun momma-to-be to host the party for!
Don’t forget to send the guests home with favors…

You girls did such a great job with this. So.Much.Fun! And everyone was commenting on how creative and decorative everything was. You thought about starting a business??

This shower is AMAZING!!! Oh my goodness WELL DONE ladies! And that bird cage mobile is insane! I need one and I don’t even have a baby!
